• Monthly Unlimited Membership: Requires a 3-month commitment. After completing 3 months, you may cancel by emailing us at info@drenchedoc.com.
• Annual Unlimited Membership: No cancellations or pauses are permitted during the term of the membership.
• Memberships cannot be paused or transferred to another client under any circumstances.
• 3-Class Package: Expires 1 month after purchase.
• 5-Class Package: Expires 3 months after purchase.
• 10-Class Package: Expires 6 months after purchase.
• 30-Day Unlimited Package (New Clients): Begins on the date of the first booked class and ends 30 days from that date.
All memberships and class packages are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
• Clients must cancel a booked class at least 12 hours before the class time to avoid a fee.
• Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a $20 fee.
• To cancel a class, please use our scheduling platform or contact us directly before the 12-hour cutoff.
Waitlist Policy
• If you are on the waitlist and a spot becomes available, you will receive an email notification.
• To confirm your spot, you must click the confirmation button at the bottom of the email. Failure to confirm will forfeit your place in the class.
Late Arrival Policy
• 5-Minute Grace Period: The studio doors will remain open for 5 minutes past the start of class to accommodate late arrivals.
• If a client on the waitlist is present at the time class begins, any remaining reformer will be given to them.
• If the originally booked client arrives within the 5-minute grace period, they may still participate in the class on a mat.
• It is strongly advised that all clients arrive 5-10 minutes before the class start time to ensure a smooth start and avoid disruptions.
Transfers and Refunds
• Classes, memberships, and packages cannot be transferred to other clients.
• No refunds will be issued for missed classes, late cancellations, or membership payments.

• We encourage all clients to cancel classes in advance so we can accommodate others on the waitlist.
